Mmmm, dinner tonight was 3 x Mor Mediterranean chicken chipolatas tesco.com/groceries/product... and some home made ratatouille. LOVE this combination. The chipolatas were 190 calories and the ratatouille worked out at 101 calories. Whole meal a lovely low calorie 291 and very filling!
Brunch was kipper fillets with a slice of buttered ciabatta toast (333 cals) and.... mid afternoon snack was a toasted and buttered hot cross bun (259 cals) with a cup of tea!
Exercise was some watering in the garden and raking some moss from the lawn (soon gave up on that task though!) 127 calories earned in 86 minutes.... ok so I wasn't exactly running at cardio levels, but I was at least being active and on my feet plus getting some fresh air.

Your menu sounds great (as always!) and very inspiring. Brilliant 😊
I love ratatouille too, it feels like alchemy getting all the flavours balanced. Sounds like you're having an excellent bank hol weekend, may it continue
Given up because of the calorie / fat content? Or because they are processed? These are lovely as only 60% meat - they have added vegetables. I love sausages with tinned plum tomatoes
Only 76 calories for 2! Hubbie is having a sausage and onion sandwich for brunch - I'm finishing off the kippers!
Both processed and calorie count.....but would be good to have an alternative low carb option. As Mr SB is a willful diet sabotager- and I have my weak moments...will cruise by tesco's tmoz
Your meal seems like appetizing to me. Its really good thing though to have a balanced diet as this will give us enough energy to fuel up our day coupled with exercise or some loads of work at home.
