My Friday menu

Morning all. Feeling quite good after losing a pound this week. Hope to improve on that this week by doing more walking. I'm all dressed, trainers on and ready to go!

Breakfast today was

Porridge oats

0% greek yoghurt

Strawberries

Honey

Mixed seeds lcals 370

Lunch will be

Tuna and sweetcorn pasta salad

Apple cals 255

Dinner

Chicken and mushroom risotto

Strawberries cals 410

This evening I'll indulge in 2 glasses of dry white wine cals 244

Pkt of Walkers crisps cals 133

Total calories for the day 1,412

I suspect you're going to the Daily Diary thread, then clicking on "Write a post", that actually means start a thread, Morgancando!

When you get to the DD thread, scroll down to the bottom, until you get to the bottom. You'll see your profile pic and next to it Reply. Type your response in the box beneath that has 'Leave a comment...' in it.

You'll only get the full benefit of the DD, if you read and respond to other posts, as that's where all the good ideas are :)
