Help needed

This is the first time that i have sent anything in. I have been hanging around for a while but never got in touch. I am 70 years old disabled and would like to loose some more weight. Over the years i have lost two and half stone and i am finding it really difficult to loose anymore. After trying every diet that is known to mankind i am finding i dont know what to do anymore. I am 5ft tall and weigh 9.5 stone. If anyone can help i would be gratfull
