hi all. I am new to this site. I am really struggling to loose weight and i am the biggest i have ever been i have tried numerous diets and exercises and even diet pills. anybody have any good ideas for me please thank you xx

Welcome Sarah30. I have been here 2 weeks and have found this to be a helpful and encouraging community. I go to a class so I have support each week. I have some low calorie "treats" so I am not missing out on sweets/ chocolate etc. Lots of veg, fruit, lean meat. I was the heaviest I've ever been and I have a way to go... but I know I have to keep going and hope that with support here and in class, I will keep going, and not beat myself up too much if I ever have another slice of pizza - just !!! get back on it!

Hi sarah30 welcome - I’ve been a member of the forum for a couple of weeks and everyone had been really friendly and given me lots of helpful tips - replacing unhealthy snacks with healthier ones and increasing my activity are working for me

Hi Sarah,

Since you have tried - All Diets - Diet Pills ... etc ... etc..

Try something different now - Healthy Food - on a permanent basis.

Using food as nutrition and not as entertainment except on occasional basis like once a fortnight or month.

Human body is a gift we have been abusing and also becoming victims of this 'Happi Meals' lie. We need to get rid of this lie, and realise that nature gives best solutions while all man made stuff is designed to make up overweight and obese.

Happi Meals will make us suffer immensely and endlessly while Simple Natural Light meals will give us unlimited Joy, and Freedom from Doctors and medicines and Hospitals.

Getting fit and healthy is essentially a mind game. You need to conquer your mind and change your perspective about health and fitness. Dont look for short term, quick fix solutions. Look for permanent changes in your eating/ outing habits.

Sarah needs to discover the Sarah Diet, not Keto or Paleo or GM ...

What is the food that your body needs to be healthy and fit. How many calories does your body need to lose weight - become healthy and fit.

Discover your answers and you will discover success.

Weight loss does not lie in diet charts, it lies in your mind.

Weight loss is not the real goal. The real goal is to become fit, fitter, fittest, ... healthy .. healthier, healthiest.

Hi 18mnths ago i joined slimming world again after struggling at home to lose weight. Its the best thing ever have lost 3stone 8lbs its such an easy plan to stick to generally. Good luck.
