I am new here , after being diagnosed with a few heart 💔 problems, and put on meds , lack of exercise etc, I have put on 2 half stone.
I’m 5.7 tall and never ever had extra weight , I eat well , not junk , I cook from scratch, I want to do the best I can to help myself , and was told yesterday by my doctor 👩⚕️ I’m on the brink of becoming diabetic!
Any help for I can get in the direction of nutrition, recipes etc would be most helpful and to just get this weight OFF.
