Today my muscles were really sore from my last workout, so I decided to go for a walk and do some yoga for my activity today. It was actually really enjoyable, I felt really relaxed and I didn't feel bad that day because I did something good for myself and focused more on what my body really needed vs what I thought I had to do. How about you?

Walk and yoga sounds lovely - great to do something you enjoy. I'm hoping to have a walk later too.

Sorry, I probably should of explained in this posts description... But basically we're following videos every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday together and coming for a chat after. Feel free to join in anytime.

If all goes to plan chats will usually be held straight after the workout but feel free to chat here about any excersise you've been doing, anytime :)

There's a link at the top of the page in the discription box (I added it yesterday (incase you're wondering why you didn't see it in the first place)) with all workouts and times. Just drop a message to say you're about to start and meet us after.

I thought about you yesterday evening, doing your Saturday work-out, and hoped it went well. I might do the exercise session later today - depending on how I feel.

I'm wondering how it went, and whether you enjoyed it - was it harder than the other one or easier? I guess I'll find out later, but just wondered what you thought.

Hiya Zest :)

It went well, I did really enjoy it, it got the endorphins flowing. I have a fainting and fitting disorder though and can get a little dizzy with these types of workouts. These videos are not too intense though so I'm hoping I build up a resistance to it.

The one from last night was easier than the other one but I much preferred Thursdays, as the one from yesterday requires a lot of coordination which I just don't have yet 😁

I'm not really sore after the one last night, Thursdays was really heavy on the thighs and glutes and I felt it the next morning. How did you find Thursdays?

Be extra careful with your disorder - I'm glad to hear it's going ok so far, and you're finding the pace to be ok. I agree that it definitely gets the endorphins flowing!

I did the 'Saturday' work-out just now - I like both the work-outs - not sure whether I have a preference - I know what you mean about the extra co-ordination required for the Saturday one - but it was fun, I enjoyed it. I'm sweating a lot now though! :-)

I looked at my Fitbit stats, and it said I had an average heart-rate of 128 beats per minute, and that 7 minutes was in 'peak'; 11 minutes in 'cardio' and 8 minutes in 'fat burn' - my Fitbit picked up the session and called it an 'Aerobic session' of 26 minutes duration - I think I timed it as 29 minutes, so the Fitbit got most of that!

Really good fun, and thanks for organising this - it's nice to do something in synchrony and compare notes on it. I like the pace too. It's really good.

Yeah, thank you. I think I have a good handle on the warning signs now so I should be okay as long as I don't push myself too hard or forget to drink water.

Lol, yeah it is a sweaty workout, that's what I like about it - must be burning calories :)

I'm not a big tech fan myself - I guess it's just another way to see results 🤷🏼‍♀️
