Hello to all you chatty people out there. Well another new month. The time is flying past even though we have not been allowed to do much because of the pandemic.
I know it is the only thing we can talk about today is the tricks we do or did on April fools day. Thinking about the tricks my mind went blank. I remember taking white cream out of biscuits and putting toothpaste on them instead. Or putting a scary spider somewhere to make some one scream. Covering a Whoopie cushion up so when someone sat down it would make noise. What did you do or have done to you.
Of course you can mention any thing you want. If it good news or bad. Or just something you want to get of your chest feel free.
I will be in and out most of the day. Work men are coming to sort my bran new door out sometime this morning. Also a online shop as I have some heavy stuff needed this week. I only do the light shopping.
The most important thing is taking Roxie for her walks. 😊😊

You really had no choice on the topic today did you Despite it being my birthday today I can't remember any April Fools tricks that I have done- though it maybe an age thing???? I will have to get my thinking cap on whilst I take Alfie for his morning walk in a couple of hours. At least he didn't leave me early morning presents like he did yesterday though I did have the patio door open all night so he could go outside= though not investigated the back garden yet!
I remember the Daily Mail posting a photo of the "Queen" going into a book makers (I think) with a corgie. My brother was furious that they let the dog in with her. 🤣
My grandad loved reading the offer boards in the Travel Agents window. Once, he stopped to read out one about a boat ride in the local duck pond for a pound. He thought it was rather peculiar and couldn't stop laughing when he read the fine print at the bottom (he had to go right up to the glass to read it) - "April Fools!" I was trying to drag him away from the window out of embarrassment but he just stood there laughing.
They dont seem to go into it much though maybe people will this year just because of this last year! A work colleague thought all the happy birthday wishes were part of an April Fools prank
I always stress I was born in the afternoon though whilst doing research for the family pub quiz tonight I found out that is America Japan and I think Germany you have all day to plan a prank
