Hi all I’m new to the group . Am hoping to lose weight and see if any of you have any tips for helping and will be interesting to find out how others are getting . Hope everyone is doing ok 👍

I’m not sure 🤔 if I’m honest . I’m hoping to learn maybe what people on here have done and What they feel would be the best way forward 😊

Finding what suits you personally will be the biggest challenge 😊 once you do, then it will get clearer. We are doing all sorts of different things. Some do Low Carb High Fat, some do calorie counting, some do intermittent fasting, some do Mediterranean diet. The most important thing in my opinion is to make sure to eat good, real food and make sure you like it, so that any changes you make are sustainable. Probably such a response doesn’t help much, but we are all different and there’s no one size fits all solution.

As N-o-r-d-i says, we're all here on the same journey and the best advice I can give you is to get involved in forum life as much as possible. You'll soon make friends and pick up ideas.

A good place to start is by joining a weekly weigh in - why not join the Sunday Super Slimmers in the morning? - and by using the Daily Diary, where members post their meal and exercise plans, and encourage each other.
