Get yourself a bottle of water and be ready to go. We'll meet here at the designated time, complete the workout and come back 45 minutes later for a chat (a 15-minute break allowance included).
All you need is yourself, YouTube, space, and suitable clothing. All workouts are low-impact and beginner-friendly. You can pause, slow down, or march at any time.
