Come back from a weekend away and feel so sluggish and bloated.
I know I’ve over eaten having a meal our Saturday having 3 course meal and yesterday having a cooked breakfast and Fish and chips lunch with sweet snacks through the day.
I know occasional eating like this doesn’t effect your weight but I feel bloated and slow.
I weighed myself this morning and 4.8 kg heavier which I know isn’t all fat but mainly water retention and the body trying to process the extra calories and by end of week weight will have dropped to normal.
I know one thing it puts me off eating carb heavy food as now always feel low of energy and motivation after.
