These are easy to make, affordable and can easily be adapted to whatever ingredients you have to hand.

We added spring onion as well as the chives and parsley to ours and they were super delicious. So tasty and chewy.

Healthy, delicious and nutritious (especially with a side salad), so of course I wanted to share ☺

There doesn't seem to be any nutritional values available on the Web page. I hope this doesn't make things too difficult for people to give these a try.

If the bread crumbs were omitted I think they'd be suitable for low carb too!

Enjoy

There's all sorts of different fish patties.. My sister used to make pretty nice salmon ones as well. It's the first time I've made these.. The recipes a good one. Definitely worth the share :)

These sound really good. Honestly, I don't think breadcrumbs are a big deal for low-carb unless you're in a 'keto' phase.

I think there's like 2 slices of bread in this recipe

Looks great! You really are turning into a low carber :)

I never have bread in but I'm sure I could have a go at these without the bread: I'd certainly have a go :)

I think they'd still work really well without the bread.

I'm assuming it's just to bind them

Thanks for this recipe! I made today for lunch and got 7 patties in total which I served with green beans for my family of 4. Yum!
