Just thought I'd share my rather delicious dinner with you all - it's a seared tuna steak (197 calories) with swede, mushrooms fried in a little butter and celeriac chips. All together, including olive oil and butter for cooking, a lovely plateful of food for just 523 calories.
As per Jamie Oliver instructions, we cooked the (somewhat thin) steaks for just 1.5 minutes each side after brushing them with olive oil so that they were still pink in the centre. Much nicer than in the past where I have cooked the pinkness out. He also suggested drizzling a little olive oil and lemon juice over them once cooked, so that's what we did. Very tasty! Will be trying them again using some different marinades.
I actually decided to tackle my daughters bedroom (she's just gone back to Uni), so vacuuming, wiping, dusting, moving bits of furniture to clean behind them, stripping the bed - probably burned off a few hundred calories...
