This will help you find the weigh in healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... - you've created a new post on the forum rather than joining the weigh in post - but I see you were at the Saturday weigh in last week so maybe you'd like to rejoin them next Saturday.
Meanwhile, you could use the Daily Diary to share your meal plans and how you're using those calories

You're welcome. Just remember if you're joining a weigh in, Daily Diary or any of the other clubs and challenges, you'll be Replying to the host on that post, not Writing your own post.

Should I delete my post ? I am confused of Kent lol I don't know why my ability to post on the Saturday group was stopped I tried to post last week but got no where .I will carry on with the paper sheet I printed off for now and hope I can find my way back to my group for next week .Thank you again
If you click on the blue link I gave you, it explains how and where to find the weigh in each week. The weigh in opens at 9pm on Friday and closes at 9pm on Saturday, to allow for members in different parts of the globe and allow us Admins to clock off. The best time to post, in terms of people being around for a chat, which is what it's all about, will be Saturday morning.
You could have a look through the Pinned Posts while you're here, just so you know what's on offer as well as the weigh in.
I didn't ask if you were using the app. If so, it's best to get rid of it and use your browser to come straight to the site. The app doesn't access all areas
I do use my laptop so should be able to see all the pinned posts I look forward to being able to post next Saturday hopefully with another loss in weight
At the top, below the strawberries, you'll see Home Posts Members About
If you click on Home, on the right of your screen you'll see Pinned Posts - well, the first 5 of them: if you click on See all in blue, to the right of the Pinned Posts header, you'll get the full list of Pinned Posts.
Oh, and you're not the first person to struggle to find your way around It really does get easier if you come here often, and there's so much support and information on offer every day
