Hello Iloveating and welcome to the forum :)

Well done on getting to your 6th week, I am glad that you are enjoying the journey.

I am hoping that you will have checked out your own personal calorie range on the NHS BMI Calorie calculator and are not following the guidelines to stick to the 1400 calories. This is a generic number and not suitable for everybody.

Why not start your journey with us today by joining in with the Tuesday Trimmer weigh in - here is the link - healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

To make navigating the forum easier, we’ve put all the information you’ll need in a Newbie pack and here’s the link

Hi Iloveating and welcome aboard, I too lurked for 6 weeks before joining in on the forum and must say it was a really good move, it's helped me stay motivated and the support has been great and like most things the more you participate the more you get benefit. Why not record your weight over at the weigh in tomorrow and come back every wednesday for help encouragement and even a hug and sympathy when needed.

Hi and welcome. Have you joined a weigh in day yet? it’s good to log each week your weight. There is lots of support and information being passed around on almost everything. You will find someone has experienced at some point in their journey what you are experiencing. Good luck.

Hi! Thank you Lesley1234567 , Barcud , anigoni and lucigret for your welcoming messages. Even if I joined on a Tuesday, I weight myself on Monday and so if possible I would prefer to join a Monday trimmer list! I am not a great social media navigator, so I still need to find my way around the community. Is there a way to make my answers private or once the post is public also all the answers will be public? Thanks!
