I converted my usually yogurt, seeds and berries into a delicious breakfast ice-cream.
Mix 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp linseeds with 100g of Greek yogurt. Allow at least 20 minutes for the seeds to swell, then put it in a food processor with 65g of frozen berries. Sugar or other sweetener to taste. Not necessary for me.
Enjoy immediately!!
You could leave the seeds out, replace yogurt with cream. Any thick cream (even coconut cream) and any frozen fruit will produce a similar result.
