OK, I never eat breakfast more an early lunch but when I do it's the same thing every day...homemade muesli comprising oats with ground sunflower seeds, linseeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp and almonds plus chopped walnuts and raisins. If possible, I have berries from the garden today it was the last of the rasps with some blackcurrants and blueberries. When my own berries run out it's back to Lidl's frozen berries or blackberries from the hedgerows. As I mentioned to Caz28 we've chucked out (well going to sell then in the village flea market) our boring white bowls and bought something more cheerful to sup from.....This lot comes to about 450 calories and will see me through till about 4 o'clock.

Do you toast your oats and nuts first? I suppose that would be more granola though....
I wish I could grow things, but I'm pretty bad at plants. Unless you want something killed, then I'm the one to call!

Bought six - all different...plus new plates with a fancy rim so we're only eating on the inner 'non patterned' surface - instant smaller portions. The plates were a great buy 15 euros each down to 1.60 euros.
Looks absolutely delicious I could actually have that for tea never mind breakfast/lunch ππ
What a fabulous idea, I'm off out to buy myself a cheerful brunch bowl.
