I eat porridge (made with water) with seeds, frozen berries and a spoonful of greek yog on weekdays. When I have time, this is one of my favourite things to eat, any time of the day. The green lump is cooked frozen spinach!

I enjoy a bowl of porridge too but no matter what I have for breakfast I always start with half a grapefruit, I love grapefruit; pink or white, not so fond of red.
Looks delicious 😊 I love eggs too 😊 Baked in spinach one of my favourites, or omelette made by whizzing couple of eggs with spinach and Parmesan 😊
