Ahh !!Now I'm with you. nduja is from Calabria, just too piquant! I love it when I'm eating but afterwards is not so pleasant!!

I'd never heard of it in a mayo.

I think it's a currently fashionable ingredient in the US, so they put it in mayo. They put everything in mayo.
