Piri piri chicken breast (from Tesco, 219 cals), roasted butternut squash (89 cals) and stir fried peas, leeks and cabbage - PLC (74 cals). Total 382 calories.
I use these chicken breast dinners a lot from Tesco. Fairly low calorie and come in many different flavours!
The ginger, chilli and lime, Cajun spice, piri piri, Thai green curry, sweet chilli have all been sampled and have a regular place in my freezer and menu planning!
By the way, I don't work for Tesco, but am a dedicated Tesco shopper!

MM that looks good! Lots of lovely veg too! Can I ask how you put a photo up? I want to share a recipe, but can't see how to put a picture on my post ( not very techie!)
You post a post by selecting the green button at the top of the page "Write a post". Once you have written the post, there is the option at the end of the post to select a topic heading for it to appear under and also to add a photo. You can only add pictures to original posts and not to replies or messages in a thread under the main message..... (hope that makes sense!)
