This is today's something new (I am trying to eat something new every two days)
As I am low carb, I just did without the croutons (must think of a way to add crunch), so added the garlic to the mayonnaise to get garlic flavour.
Very simple: cos lettuce, garlic mayonnaise, parmesan shavings, anchovies + a bit of anchovy oil, torn chicken and crispy bacon.

Inset: keto croutons! I made headbangers coconut flour mug bread in a square container, and then tossed the results in a hot pan, with olive oil, butter, garlic, mixed herbs and S&P. Smells great.
