Good ! Well I'm now under 16 stone............ I'm officially 15-13 1/2 ..................... Well, couple of things, have gone from weight watchers points, to calories, to just watching ( closely) what I'm eating , keeping a food diary....... Was being a bit smart as I started doing the 5:2 as well, on top of being a fairly recent ex smoker..... I wised up, dropped the fasting and now eat a really good varied diet...... To help with my life long food issue I've been referred to the Welsh Weight Clinic in Ebbw Vale 😊 I don't want to lose weight only to repeat a life times heart ache of putting it all back on.......... I hope with all my heart I can be helped .... It's not losing weight per se I find difficult, I've just got issues with over eating, and when things go wrong I can do serious damage !
How is everyone doing ? I'd love to hear !

Sounds like you are doing things right and it will be good to be amongst like minds at the Welsh Weight Clinic in Ebbw Vale and I hope they help with the eating issues
Hi Firstly congrats on moving onto another stone less scale and for stopping smoking that is one hell of a battle won so smiley face from me! I don't know how much you have lost already I only started last week and am hoping that this time I will succeed. But this time I am thinking more about retraining my head so to speak as I can suffer from depression sometimes and always headed for the "nice things to eat" but just felt worse after so I know what you mean serious damage can be done. Hope the clinic can help best wishes Bev
Thanks bev...... Well I was 18 stone so it's coming down but as we've both agreed, serious damage to weight loss can be done by falling off the wagon; that's quite stressful in itself isn't it...... I feel the next bust out is waiting around the corner for me ....... truth is, after being here soooooo many times I don't believe/ trust in myself anymore which is a little sad but it's still true ...... Let me know how you get on next week, I'd really like to hear from you ! Best wishes Trier X
Go gently and be kind to yourself. The nhs 12 week plan is excellent if you want to give that a go. Also lots of support and help on this forum too. Good luck! Just take it one day at a time...
