Today, I had 4 stations and did them for 5 minutes each. Running, skipping, doing squats with a 2kg dumbbell, and step machine I feel so much better even if it was a short workout!

I don't know about circuit training, my husband and I are more sedate. We bought a set of boules as we used to do short mat bowling. It is not the same but it is a start. Fetching the balls back is exercise, better than just sitting all the time. I am over 70 he is a bit younger, We both have health issues, but we are trying to stay fit not fat,
That’s a great start! Have you thought about lifting weights? It’s not as scary as it sounds. I mean 0.5kg weights or even tins of beans! Just doing this of an evening whilst watching tv will keep your blood pumping and keep you healthy!
As long as I do not get miscles or bigger boobs, my ex. usd to lift big weights. I never thought of sitting and lifting weights but I will have a go.
