Just done I would say beginners workout on you tube phew😓 it was only 20 minutes shows how un fit I am !! It was Joanah soh also watching her other videos was really good showed you how to calculate your B M R it shows exactly how many cals your body needs not doing any exercise basically just to function also some good food tips hope everyone having a great day 😀 have been going through my old clothes looking at all I’m going to get into 😀

Thanks Hi yes and I thought it was good it puffed me out which I suppose is the purpose ha ok I will give her a go got no excuse can do it later and let you know I’m not good at the lungy things but the rest of it was ok how are you doing ? 😀

Ive done mine today , its the walking intervals beginners level 1 so its really easy on the knees, but I still end up like you puffed out and end up drinking a full bottle of water so it must be doing some good? Will probably have a better idea tomorrow at weigh in, wish me luck lol (getting nervous now !)

I will give it a go I am so unfit I didn’t realise how much until Joanna said put hands on floor and lunge I nearly fell over like a stranded upside down tortoise ha 🤪 and yes it is good knowing someone else is doing and going through the same things I’ll keep you posted 😀

Upside down tortoise! Ha ha I like it ! Jessica doesnt ask you to get down on the floor , just as well, I might not get back up !! Ha ha

Ha me neither lol just done one of her videos just a sort one says for bad knees it wasn’t long but still puffed me out what one do you do as there is quite a few ? 😅

Yes two ha but prob count as one ? The first was twenty mins this one was about ten - 15 not long ok I will go on you tube and find the one you do I’ll be back ha hope you having good eve 😀

No its still two youve done , well done ! Ive had my nose in my tablet on this forum getting inspiration from you good people all evening ! If id been as good as you I could have fitted another hiit session inin, youre putting me to shame ha ha

Definatly not I’ve been a couch potatoe all day that little bit of exercise was Definatly needed and I’ve got to say I’m on here a lot it’s great even at different slimming clubs I’ve been unless you go with a friend people seem to weigh and go not much chatting so this is brill for me as I don’t stop lol anyway aren’t you posed to rest your muscles after a day of exercise your way in front of me pat yourself on the back for exercise already done 😀

Ha I’m glad we can gee each other up to get exercising 😀 I still don’t know if I found the right one still looking the one I went on she had a dog sitting on the mat lol 😁

Ahh there is a cream french bulldog walks on at the end of the routine ?? I think she has a few vidoes out there but the one I like is walking intervals fir beginners week 1 , ,yeah it is good we can gee each other on , when I do it tomorrow ill be, wondering if youre doing it lol

Oh ok I will keep looking I have typed that in but doesn’t come up how long is the workout for? I’ve just been looking at Joanna soh she has some good advise 🧐 I will go look now what is she wearing?

Hiit walking week 1 for beginners , just googled it sorry it was week 1 not level 1 , dont think it says anything about 1 mile ?
