Feeling overwhelmed
Hi, I've been there, done that, don't worry, you're in the right place now ! Would you like to join our weigh in today? Here's the link, I hope to see you there! x
May I suggest the first step is understanding. People don't fail diets, diets fail people. A bounce-back in weight after a loss is a staggeringly common sign of a diet method lacking in sustainability (the diet method, not you). It's not about exercising herculean control, it's about following an effective science-based diet.
Could I ask what method you are planning please? I would be awesome to see you quickly back on a sustainable weight-loss path with a spring in your step. 😃
Hi there - I cut out meat and dairy last time after gallstone diagnosis but guess it was not sustainable long term for me. I need larger meals so I don’t snack and certainly move more..
Got it, more of a veggie-led diet, but with stronger snacking reduction needed. It's not a food palate I'm that familiar with as I lead my diet with meat/dairy, but I'm sure there are people here who can share. Most importantly, well done for climbing back into the wagon, that's a credit to you after feeling overwhelmed.
