Hi suppose I’ve hit reality seriously need to get fitter. Fell a few weeks ago and been less mobile and very restless. Picking out of boredom. Mentally said enough now need to get motivated and start a new journey.

I am not sure what you "damaged" but I hope you were checked out properly. There are plenty of people here who do more or indeed much less exercise - but I always think there is 'something' you can do.
I know you are still finding your way around, but have a look at the Pinned Posts, were there are a couple of Exercise Challenges - there are all sorts of things that people do to 'keep moving', and you would be very welcome there. It is really about challenging yourself to do just a little bit more each week.
First of all welcome. You should get checked out. You could of damaged it badly and need medical attention. There is a lot of sites within this site to get started with interesting information. A good way to a healthy journey. Good luck on your journey and keep us posted.
