As the title says, can anyone help me with an easy to follow weight loss plan?
Until my late 20’s I was always a healthy weight probably through not eating right, missing meals and just eating on the go. That was 20 years ago. I have never dieted for more than 3 days I just haven’t got the will power and secretly hope I will just wake up and be 10 stone again!! I’m not that unhealthy I exercise everyday ( the joy of owning 2 horses and a dog😄) but don’t eat right. Breakfast ( don’t really like cereal and don’t have time to cook) is usually crumpets with butter, lunch is a pack up mainly a home made chicken wrap and tea usually a family meal, spag Bol or a roast. Snacks usually fruit or a bag of crisps. I don’t drink alcohol or smoke.
This post is me being honest to myself, I would love to wear a pair of jeans & not worry that I have a roll of fat hanging over the waist band!! Im not massively overweight a size 12-14 but I’m apple shaped, round. I should also mention I have Endometriosis and PCOS which may have something to do with my weight. What I need is an easy weight loss plan using normal cupboard ingredients that really don’t take time to cook. No fancy meals that look amazing but have to go on a world wide hunt for ingredients.
So after that long and detailed post, can anyone help?
