Just thought I'd post that I have become a bit of a wrapper recently, lol
I have decided to cut down on my bread intake and I am trying this method.
I buy wraps and put 3 ingredients in then. In the pic below I have
1) carrot
2) cheese
3) tuna
Another one I did was
1) cheese
2) onion
3)lettuce
Name me some more I can make below. Would be great to hear your suggestions.

Haha, I think wholemeal wraps are one of the lowest GL (glycemic load) breads you can have (someone correct me if I’m wrong) so good choice! Are you veggie? What about some chicken bacon avocado?!
Great if they are anything to continue to lose weight. I'm always adapting and learning. I want to do it right this time. Lost 4st in the past but put it all back and now I'm down almost 5 stone. Not a veggie just increasing my intake of veg as I'm good with fruit, veg is where I lack. Thanks for your suggestion. 🙂
As far as I can tell from googling, I don't think that is true about the GL - but as GL depends on quantity as well as quality of carbs, opening each wrap and only using half to make the sandwich would also halve the carbs and thus the GL.
of course, that means more to go stale, and become bird food,so maybe split them and then freeze them as soon as you buy them, they would defrost quickly as they are quite thin.
Thanks, I found on some occasions that I was just eating the bread just to use it up before it went off so that I wouldn't waste it. So I thought of this. Any suggestions for fillings?
