I was originally at nhs weight watchers but my programme has come too a end as it was put through weightwatcher . The only things I miss will be the social vitural and the friends I made . Put I will not paying as I was put through my doctors . It was a brillaint start too my new journey have got motivated. And it shows it worked as I am straight on the nhs community .
I still need to lose 8 pounds I am doing this now and not looking back as a long term journery and gaining new experiences.
