Hi, I have been trying to lose weight since January 2019 and have gone from 20st 4lb to 15st 7lbs so far. Still got a way to go and finding it hard sometimes so help and support and sharing ideas would be lovely

That's an insane weight loss. Keep it going just remember as you have less to lose now it won't be coming off as easy and you'll be building more muscle. I plateau'd at the 17st, 16st, 15st and been in the 14stones since end of April still not got into the 13stones but on cusp. Started at 18st 5. Just keep reminding yourself of how far you have already come in the last 6 months
Wow that's amazing well done you. I find the daily diary a real help to keep me focused.
As you have a process that works it really is just about keeping on doing it. I found that after around 5 stones I needed to add a little more exercise and keep an eye on the snacks to help the loss continue (it slows down as you lighten) but you only need a few ounces each day for the process to continue. Well done.
That is brilliant! I have been trying since then too and have lost zilch! Well done you. At this rate you will be 5st less this time next year! Whatever you are doing keep doing it!
To have lost five stone already is massive you should be very pleased with yourself well done. I too need to lose lots more a week at a time a bit at a time. You must notice a big difference already that's amazing keep it up !!
