Men’s weight loss

Hi is there a community for men’s weight loss? Just feel more self conscious around women and would like to include weight loss with strength training

There are certainly blokes on this forum, so whilst I'm not aware of any 'men's communities' I can attest to this forum being 'male friendly'.

I can't say I've felt chatting to the awesome women around here to be in any way uncomfortable. For sure I'm probably less interested in the occasional 'sport's bras' conversation (and so on) but no big deal.

You want to talk about weight-loss and strength training? I'd suggest make a thread and dive in. I expect you'll find other men (and women) interested too. 😄

Hello transformer31 . If you hadn’t mentioned gender, we probably wouldn’t have known, or even given it a thought. One of the most prolific posters on here is male, but I didn’t know that for the first two years of being on this forum, because it never came up! 95% of the posts on here are gender neutral, you can always ignore the ones that aren’t. Don’t be put off anyway. We are all in the same boat, and all willing and able to help others scramble on board. So welcome!

Hi transformer13, I’m a guy and can def say I don’t feel out of place here. As had been said, 95%+ of posts are gender neutral and everything is so anonymous there’s no need to feel self-conscious. We’re all in this together!
