My partner is about to tuck into a plate of chicken dippers and hash browns, so have planned to go for a walk so I’m out the way and can’t smell or see them. Off to buy some healthy food for tonight’s dinner so I don’t feel deprived 😋

Avoiding triggers
Maybe have a look at all the horrible chemicals and modified rubbish in them as well, eating these things really isn’t a pleasure
Hope you enjoyed your walk 😊
Oooh good idea, hadn’t even thought about that! I want to get to the stage when I don’t even want to eat things like that so that will really helps! Thank you
Have you worked out an eating plan that suits you? There’s no need to hunger or deprivation (apologies if you’ve been told this before 😊)
Ahh thanks, yeah I have thank you. I’m trying Noom for the first time and it’s really working for me. After trying and failing at many eating plans (low carb, IF, general ‘healthy eating’) it’s really good to find something that feels achievable and I’ve lost 2lbs quite easily this week. Just working on those social triggers (particularly my partner eating all the junk food in front of me!)
I’ve not come across Noom before but it has a good review, keep in touch and let us know how it goes. 😊
I didn't know what they were. Just the description on the Tesco site is 🤢
"Dippers formed from chopped marinated chicken breast meat, coated in a light batter, lightly fried"
Not saying I could resist them...
Heavens knows what they’re “marinated” in? Chlorine perhaps?!
😂
Are you low carb? If so, buy a load of chicken wings, marinate them in soy sauce, ginger, garlic and chilli then roast them. That's scarcely more effort than defrosting the dippers, and it will taste 1000% better. And probably no more expensive, as wings are cheap, because everyone is low fat.
