That's reallyy good! Keep up the good work. I'm on my third day of week 1 but I'm going a little over 1,400 calories. What's your calorie intake and do you exercise ?

I'm having 1400 calories but to be honest limited exercise at the moment. I am on my feet all day at work so don't keep still. Am started exercise class this week x

Breakfast is usually a fruit salad which is quick and can eat on the going needed. Or scramed egg. Lunch jacket potatoe wih tuna or a healthy homemade brown roll sandwich with fruit and a yogurts. For dinner I plan ahead. Get it out in the fridge ready to be cooked when I get home. Pasta and homemade tomato sauce, omlette, home made pizza using warburton thins as a base x

Please could you give me advice for healthy lunches/ dinners? Also are you reducing carb intake and drinking lots of water?

I have been eatin a lot of fruit. I don't like veg so I've had to adapt what I eat. Jacket potato is whatbi have a lot at lunch with tuna, brown bread sandwich with chicken. For dinner I've made a big batch of my own pasta sauce. So I have frozen it in batches so I can defrost during the day. Bit of brown pasta and it's a lovely meal. Plenty of water. Not eating after 6.30 x

Fantastic progress! Well done!

One thing you might like to have a go at though is the "I don't like vegetables" thing. When you get to be a mummy, you'll want your baby to have a healthy diet and you'll be the one setting the example for them - so maybe you could find a way to get to like just a few veg? Especially as most veg are low in calories and high in fibre and have lots of various vitamins and minerals so are really good for you? Apparently it takes babies 5 tastes of a food that they first reject to overcome their dislike so maybe you could try just one bite on 5 separate occasions? 5 times? I did that with avocados as they are extremely good for you and have lots of vitamin E in them.

I wish you every success with the weight loss and getting pregnant!
