Just wanting some advice. My eldest turned 7 in July and my youngest is 4 in August and I am heavier now than I was in both pregnancies. Something I'm highly ashamed of. I started an exercise and healthy regsime for approx 2 weeks (I started off at 11.6 and now am 11 stone) for the first week I was losing on average 1.5 lbs per day but now my weight is just staying on 11 stone. My calorie intake has been the same and I've increased my exercise work out so I dont understand why I'm not loosing weight. Any advice would be great.
PSA this is not to cause offence or trigger anyone, I would love to have another bsby and want to be at a healthy weight before I conceive.

There's never any need to be ashamed around here. It's the same thing that brought us all to the forum and we;re here for each other.
A loss of 6 lbs in two weeks is excellent, in fact more than average. If you're going to count calories, go to the NHS BMI calculator which will give an appropriate range for you: experience here says you'll do well by aiming for the middle of that range and definitely not aiming below it.
You'll find all the information you need about the forum in our Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... including a Welcome message, the Daily Diary and the current weigh in: a good place to start is by joining a weekly weigh in on the day of your choice (why not weigh in the morning and join the Sunday team?) and using the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans.
Take your time exploring. This gives you a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=true and, along with Pinned Posts, will show you how things work. I hope you'll become an active member and we will see you joining in around the forum 😊

I'm sure something will be along with some helpful links.
May I suggest that 'shame' is undeserved, we've all been there and it's a facet of modern life and modern eating. Though by eating smarter it's perfectly possible to address it.
You've made great progress (good progress is 2 pounds per week) so it may be the first plateau where the body starts reacting to the weight-loss. That means the body will fight to keep your weight up. It will give up and the plateau will pass, but it's worth discussing the detail either here or in one of the daily diary or weighing threads.
What sort of food are you eating may I ask? As calories are not equal, different foods have different impact on your weight.
