Low Carb Diet

Hi ,

Since I’ve been counting calories for the last two months I’ve decided to cut down on carbs .

The experts say you should have one handful of carbs on your plate but I’ve decided to have half a handful to reduce my calorie in take .

I find this is sufficient and helps me lose a few pounds a week .

Any advice on Carbs please ?

I think everyone needs to find the amount that's right for them. If you mean half a handful of bread/potato/rice/pasta, then I would have nothing. All of my carbs come from vegetables and the occasional berries.

Great idea to cut back on the carbs, I do lchf and try to stay under 40g a day mostly from vegetables :-) would you like to join us on the weigh in? Here's the link, I hope to see you there! :-) x

I wouldn’t mind ! I get weighed with my friends every Friday morning! Was 19.2 on Friday . Today I’m 18.12 . I’m 6ft 1” .. plenty to lose
