Trying again to lose weight . Big task need to lose 3 stone from current weight of 15 stone.
Doing exercise with weights at least 3 time a week. 20 minutes on bouncer and bike 10mins.
Cut out most bread and cheese from diet - lots of fresh veg low carb no pasta and biscuits!

I’m eating loads of cheese! If you cut out white/beige carbs you will find that you can eat your cheese.
