So about a year ago by my reckoning, I joined up to this forum, and managed to lose about a stone and a half! Woooo!
Fast forward a year, I've managed (just!) to keep about a stone of that off, and need to lose another stone to get down to my original target weight.
My new and amazingly supportive other half has about 3 stone to lose, so I figure if he's going to give it a good go, so can I! I found this forum really useful last time in terms of being able to keep my chin up if I'd had a bad day/week health/nutrition/weight wise, and also just to keep me on track - I think that will be much needed now I live on my own!
So, here's so that stone that I need to shed, and bye bye plans of a carbonara for tea hahahah
Starting weight as of today: 9 stone 13.
