Morning trying to navigate this sight it’s quite messy and not clear where to go for what. I’m not calorie counting as it feels like hard work but I do need to start weighing out my food as my problem is sticking to the right portions. I think today I’ll eat on a smaller plate and coot some of your tasty meal ideas. Now I will go and try to find the weigh in section as I know this is going to motivate me,
