I have lost my way since I was last an active member and part of this fabulous group of likeminded people.
A few days away from Christmas is clearly a strange and difficult time to start but this is really me making a commitment to myself and an recognition that I can not achieve my goals alone , that I really do want to get back as an active member once again.
I would like to say hi to all friends, old and new and wish you all a fantastic Christmas, with time hopefully to enjoy with friends and family for those lucky enough to have this network of support. Also to wish you all well for the year ahead and recommit to getting back on track as quickly as possible.

Hya Dave, its so lovely to see you back - though not the reason why lol I hope you are keeping well and are ready for Christmas, I can't believe its so close already, time doesn't half fly!!
I'm quieter on the forum than I used to be, but do hosting sessions and run a Springers Specials every month. I'm doing ok with my weight considering my bones has been giving up for the last few years and i'm not very mobile. I got weighed at the hospital a couple of weeks ago and have only gained 3kg since I last weighed in more than a year ago,
I hope to see you joining in again very soon, how about the day after boxing day, no excuses lol.
So good to hear from you. I looked straight away to see if you were active and so pleased that you have taken the time to get back to my post.
Sorry to hear that you’re mobility has suffered as you were doing so well, but brilliant to hear that you are managing to keep the weight off despite not being as active as you would like.
I definitely intend to try and get back onboard. Our family Christmas get together is on 27th so not hopeful of getting underway properly until after then.
I look forward to chatting with you and many others. You have always been inspirational to me and a fantastic support. I will try to engage as much as possible and don’t want to let anyone down, myself included.
Best wishes to everyone for a fantastic Christmas and may all your challenges be little ones.
Oh I'm flattered you remembered me Dave Its been a tough few years. I think I'd had my left knee replaced when you were last here, since then i've had the left hip replaced and am waiting for my right knee to be done. My op was cancelled a couple of weeks ago so hoping to hear my new date early in the new year.
Your family gathering on the 27th does give you a pass lol but hope to see you back soon after that
You wont let anyone down as long as you try. I remember some fantastic meals that you used to have and will never forget the fish I cooked under your direction 😀
Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas and a happy and fulfilling New Year xx
Like I could ever forget someone who meant and still means so much. You were a tremendous support and I have missed our exchanges so much. I hope to get back to finding a way to balance all the pressures whilst still making time to engage with lovely people, friends like you that truly make me a better person
I can clearly see how frustrating your mobility issues must have been, and I hope that you will get your operation sorted soon and be back to being physically able to get around more comfortably and freely.
Thanks already for your support and the 28th I will am to start beck on a road to recovery, whatever route that happens to take me. Are you still following your LCHF style of eating or have you modified something that clearly works for you?
Aww thank you Dave, i did enjoy our chats. I'm sure you can find a balance that works for you. I am still following LCHF and if i want a treat i make a keto mug cake. I've learned i cant moderate treats so don't try anymore. I dont feel like i'm missing out on anything so it works xx
Hi Dave lovely to hear from you. I joined June 2018 and clearly remember you . For my sins I’m now a host on here. There are a few members from so long ago,, some have returned and new members have joined us. It does get busier on here at the start of the week so why not join us on the 30th after your family Christmas - make it a date to come on here and commit to a weigh in .
Look forward to seeing you post on here , have a lovely Christmas with your family
So great to hear from you again and yes I absolutely remember so well the help and great advise and support that you and others gave me. I apologise for my weakness and for leaving such a caring and supportive group and hope to find my way back as quickly as possible. It’s great to hear that you are hosting and I wil definitely aim to start up properly with the weigh in on the 30th to kick start the New Year.
Can I wish you and yours and everyone a great Christmas and a wonderfully successful and healthy New Year x
Hi Dave lovely to hear from you. aYou were a great support to us on here who remember you too.
You will definitely find your way back round here okay. The different hosts on different days doesn’t happen anymore it’s just one host per week which is better really . Think I’m hosting again sometime in February but will need to check.
Will look out for you on the 30th at the weigh in.
All the best to you and your family for Christmas and the new year

Wishing you and yours a fantastic Christmas and all the best for our shared journey ahead x
