I don’t think I’m eating enough I eat very healthy I do exercise I do walking and my job is very physical I get plenty of fruit and veg

I’m on a healthy eating plan but not loosing any weight I get fruit everyday I exercise a little my diet is healthy but maybe I’m not eating enough?

Do you eat healthy? If your diet is mostly fruit, then I don't think you do. Humans through most of history have only had access to ripe fruit for a few weeks or months a year. It's only in the last 40 or so years we have had access to fresh fruit the year round. We have started being obese in the same time frame.

What exactly are you eating?

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Many of us have arrived here thinking that we eat a healthy diet and don't understand why the weight won't come off, you are not alone.

It is hard to comment on somebody's eating plan, until we can see what you are eating. I would suggest that you take yourself along to the Daily Diary and share your menu's there each day so that we can give you the correct advice. We have been brought up to believe that eating a lot of vegetables and fruit is the right thing to do, but in more recent years, understanding has changed and now we are being told that fruit is just another form of sugar, take a look at the link, you will be surprised at how much sugar we are inadvertently eating ,

Be careful with fruit. I have lost 12 pounds recently. I used to eat lots of fruit, but discovered that fructose is another form of sugar! When I reduced the fruit and had more vegetables, the weight came off.
