Hi. Last week I didnt know where to post and this week, I'm not much better.

My start weight last Monday 01/06/was:

73.9 kg

Waist size:

39 inches

Weight this week Monday 08/06 is

73.3kg

Waist size:

39"

Weight loss of 1.3lbs...I'm well pleased 😀
