I’ m a great believer in doing exercise we like. I don’t like running, but I do a lot of rebounding, cycling & hill walking as I like doing those things. I also sometimes feel like staying in bed a lot, but am glad I’ve got out after the first few minutes.
Yup me too- prefer the gym but that ain’t happening...... back at work next week so will be getting Ma bike out for 9 miles each way ( weather dependant) but I HATE online exercise nonsense- feel like a right tit bashing legs on coffee table etc so running it is. Ugh.
Haha .. you sound just like me .. I love the gym and the classes.. but I feel daft prancing around in living room .. I tend to exercise when hubby at work cos I’m on furlough .. and it’s surprising what you can get done and how many calories you can burn .. I even put exercise bike in living room whilst watching tv .. I hate the bike .. but you pedal and watch tv and time fly’s by .. 😁
This may be cheeky but I've used this thread as motivation to do a 30 minute run (just back). It's all about choice, isn't it. The fresh air awaits. 😊

I did! Took me 2 hours to squeeze into Lycra and actually get out the door- managed to do week 3 couch to 5k ( bit messed up as forgot to put on data roaming and Spotify gave up half way) but yeah. Got a very large pink gin fizz on the go as I can barely walk and found muscles in my backside tonight I never thought I had.i like this app..... 🥰
