Hi All, A very Happy New year to you all. I have decided to go full steam ahead and try to lose weight again. Christmas was good but it is now time to stop, take note and restart the diet like I planned. I know it will be difficult to begin with and then keeping it there, but there is nothing to stop me from achieving my goals. So my start weight is 17 stone and 7lbsand my first goal is to get into the 16 stone bracket and lose a stone. Wish me luck. Jp.
