Heya.
Well that's it . The week is done. I have done my best tried to eat healthier and tried to be more aware of what I am eating .
I hope I'm not disappointed tomorrow . I hope I have had some weight loss .
This week I am back at work after a weeks holiday so this is going to be more of a challenge as breakfast is earlier , then lunch needs to be filling but not to filling and then evening meals are always late after 8 pm as I'm not back till 8 pm and then I'm worried that I won't be burning the evening meal off . I have time to think about this as I am off tomorrow.....
Ok let's tackle the first issue..... Did I do it and have I lost anything !???
