Last week 12.7st, this week 12.4st. ☺ Very happy to lose this week as last week was a big gain. Off on holiday tomorrow for two weeks so am giving myself two weeks off the weigh in. Been planning how not to do too much damage. I think the answer is going to be lots of walking as I know we'll eat and drink more. I hope everyone else's week is going well and look forward to catching up again after my hols where my nose will firmly be back to the grindstone ! Bye for now.

Really good to have that 3lb loss under your belt as you go into your hol. Enjoy yourself, you know what to do to minimise the risk of any gain afterwards, and even if there is a gain you know what to do to get back on track afterwards. You're in control! Enjoy the long walks
