Portion boxes
Hmmm I’ve not seen these before, but I do weigh food carefully before cooking and portion up before eating so I don’t go back for ‘seconds’
If these help you eat healthily it has to be a good thing 😊
Oh I like those
I have so many plastic boxes but I use them a lot. Latest bargain was 3 that fit inside each other for 50p😜
Great for leaving at work and sticking in my bag xx
Yes I have some. Use them when having a picnic.
They look neat! And if they help with portion control it's well worth getting them! 👍
I have never seen these either, but they are a good idea for having everything pre-portioned and to save having to weigh everything before eating!
I thin I might give them a try too!

I bought something similar, though not as colourful, at asda.
The clip lids are very secure, I sometimes fill them with yogurt, and throw them in a handbag.
Ordered some thanks .. should be here today 🤞
Don’t think I’m mad but .. are the portion boxes per day or per meal ..🤪
