I looked at them, but decided that it would be better to stick to a balanced healthy diet with proper meals. I wanted the changes I've made to be permanent and grazing/snacking doesn't really fit into that. Remember this is a purely personal opinion for some people they may suit their lifestyle.

Thank you for your input :) I am a bit of a grazer, although I'm trying to reform!

I quite like them, after a while i started making my own versions. Although having them delivered and in correct portions can help, as no messing around weighing things out. Maybe try for a couple weeks you can cancel it easily, i still order them now and then if i get a good deal emailed through

Thank you - I think I would be concerned I'd like the sweet, chocolaty ones too much and it would awaken my sweet cravings again!

Yeah some do have chocolate in, you can tell the website which ones to not send, but i used to be a fussy eater and i found it got me eating nuts and cranberries more as i had a choc drop with them. Taught me nuts and dried fruit are quite good to satisfy sweet cravings :-)

Found the ones I liked best have too many calories, so now rely on a really good granola or muesli to get my nuts & seeds and just have them for breakfast.

Thank you, I guess you could measure them out and use as a snack during the day too.

I used to get them, I found it to be too expensive for what you get. I also found it impossible to only eat some of it, I would pretty much eat the entire box. So not worth it

Thank you so much! I've decided not to waste my money - if I want a snack I'm quite capable to choose my own :) It's just sometimes it's nice to have something easy when you are busy and need a boost!

Graze boxes are not Healthy I got sick and I had to go to the hospital my son got sick that he almost had to go to the hospital.I ate a little bit of nuts.My son just ate a few we both got severe stomach pain and Virus type feeling Vomiting ,The runs and it lasted a couple of days.We are angry because we cancelled after this incident and they did not honer it they went on and charged the bank anyway because they were well aware of why we cancelled for good.I am not home I am on vacation they knew these two weeks ago still they went on and delivered knowing this.Plus there are no numbers for disputes so how can you get things done everything is on line.I do not recommend this product they were not good they gave my son and me a new Gift called food poisoning and on top of that charged me for this junk!
