One of my favourite meals which I also enjoy cooking so I know what I'm doing compared to yesterdays disaster which was stuffed mushrooms! 😂
250g Quorn Mince
125g spaghetti
100g mushrooms
100g mixed peppers
50g onion
250g dolmio sauce
2 tsp grated parmigiano reggiano
I actually used the tiny 1/2 tsp spoon on my spoon set keyring thingy but felt it was too small so I did 4x that. In before it's far too strong or something lmao. 😆
Also I was a bit confused when I read the container.. it said not suitable for vegetarians? How so? Does it not mean vegans? 😕
Time to dig in while watching Riverdale! 🥰
What are you all eating tonight? 😊

I've got some bad news for you. A lot of cheese is not vegetarian. Cheese is made by curdling milk. There are a lot of ways of doing it, but one of the oldest is to use rennet, an enzyme that calves use to digest their mother's milk. So most traditional cheeses have a meat component.
There are other ways of making cheese, including vegetarian rennet. You will have to study the labels if this is important to you.
I had an avocado, followed by chicken with wild mushrooms in soy sauce butter.
Yeah I'm aware of it now. I also posted to my Twitter and a friend contacted me asking "how strict" I am with my vegetarianism. I'm not that strict, I'm simply "don't eat meat or gelatine (if possible)". I'm not sure if I would've still had the parmigiano reggiano if I had known beforehand but I'm not overly bothered. You live and learn! I really need to try avocado, but I'm too nervous lmao.
