Hi everyone.
It’s been an age since I’ve posted on any of these forums but thought I might check in again. These positive things that we still CAN do in lockdown are a godsend and we should hold on to them!
I started the C25k last year and got to week nine before seriously injuring my foot just before Christmas and I was gutted! Believe it or not it is only now feeling a whole lot better but I’m going to be cautious!!
Trying very hard to eat well but must say that I have most definitely put half a stone on and put that down to working from home which means being in the room next to the kitchen!! Every tea/coffee has included biscuits which I have now managed to stop doing, thank goodness. Hope everyone is staying sane and safe xxx
