I am hoping that by posting what I eat I can sort of unburden myself with the what ever is making me eat this much. I’ll try my best to see if it works, if that is ok with the group?

Lots of us post our meal plans every day on the Daily Diary, Cacyda2016, and you'd be very welcome to join in. You'll find you get more, and more useful, feedback if you post your plan there rather than as a stand alone post, and also if you give us an idea of what you're basing your plan on e.g. counting calories, lowering carbohydrates .....

O dear, we all have bad days Cacyda! Take heart. Just slow down, and start thinking about what you are doing! It's usually frenzied and unthinking when I have a day like that. Often it links with stress and anxiety - me trying to push away something I am bothered or anxious about. How are you today?
