Hey, well this week I have been trying. I have even walked the dog ๐Ÿ• weight hasnโ€™t budged lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ feel better in myself though maybe still not eating enough. Made lovely kale carrot and potato soup maybe should have made it thicker. Still not heard from the hospital fed up taking all these tablets. Keep on going though thatโ€™s the key. I made rye bread the day but put to much salt in it. Tried to eat it but the bin won ๐Ÿ”‘ happy Sunday people ๐Ÿ˜Š

Haha, reminds me of first bread I ever made years and years ago. Too much salt, family wouldn't touch it so put out in garden where normally our squirrels attack anything put out for birds. They approached, pondered and then backed off sharply! Another bin job๐Ÿ˜„

Hi, Pauline-L , welcome.

If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.

Some of us here find that what works is a combination of The Low Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) diet (see the forum here on Health Unlocked) and Not Snacking All Day AKA Intermittent Fasting (IF). See:

That bread looks stunning Pauline :) You shouldn't have mentioned the salt, no one would have know :)

Rome wasn't built in a day and all that... for some people (including myself), easing into things makes more sense then plunging in at the deep end.

Keep working at it!
